Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using RPG English, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RPG English provides AI-powered speaking practice, pronunciation feedback, character-based lesson experiences, and related digital content. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices.
• You must provide accurate information where required.
• We may suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Some features, characters, and consumables are offered through in-app purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Consumable items may be depleted through use and may not be restorable once consumed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing conduct.
• Attempt to bypass entitlement, payment, subscription, or access controls.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to degrade service performance.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, interface, text, software, and original content are owned by Savage Core or its licensors. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimer

RPG English is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savage Core will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if continued service is not practical, lawful, or technically feasible.
